Hatha Yoga and Sound Healing

Viky teaches a traditional Hatha Yoga with a main focus on the adjustments, cause is very important that the student is in the right pose to feel all the benefits of the Yoga practice, avoiding injury.
The goal is to feel your body, mind and spirit as one.
Viky is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200 Yoga Alliance) and Reiki Master who loves to share her therapeutic skills and knowledge to help you find balance and create positive transformation in your life.
The class level is suitable for beginners and intermediate with the purpose of making you feel centered in your heart, appreciate your body, becoming aware of your breath.
At the end of the class you will be guided through a deep relaxation with the healing sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls. The sound of the bowls promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression and most form of disease.
Sound from Tibetan Singing Bowls entrain the brain to move into the Theta brain wave frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition.
The sound vibrations impact our nervous system, engaging our relaxation reflex and inhibiting the stress or pain response.
The class is taught in english but explanations are possible in german, italian and spanish.
Come to join the class to improve your health, release the tensions and the stress finding the balance in your daily life!
Live intensely the here and now, be present and heart-centered!
there are some yoga mat in case you forget it, but it is better if you bring a mat with you ;-)
